No 1: Blue screen of death
System Overload
The Blue Screen of Death is a colloquialism used for the error screen displayed by some operating systems, most notably Microsoft Windows, after encountering a critical system error that can cause the system to shut down to prevent irreversible damage to the system's integrity. It serves to present information for diagnostic purposes that was collected as the operating system issued a bug check.
No 2: Broken and/pr cracked laptop screen
Internal Smashing
A liquid crystal display (LCD) is a thin, flat electronic visual display that uses the light modulating properties of liquid crystals (LCs). LCs do not emit light directly. LCDs therefore need a light source and are classified as "passive" displays. These displays can be damaged internally so if your screen is giving you problems please call one of our technicians.
No 3: NT System shut down
Worm Virus
When starting your computer, you may see the following error message: System Shutdown This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

No 4: Spontaneous reboot or self turn off
Over heating
This computer problem can be usually attributed to a hardware issue. Usually its the power supply is dying or in most cases a dirty or defective cooling fan. The computer trying to cool itself by automatically switching off so if you feel a bit of extra heat coming out the computer turn all the plugs off and call one of our team.
No 5: Laptop DC power socket and/or power pack adaptor

A DC connector is an electrical connector for supplying direct current (DC) power. DC connectors in general are not standardized, compared to domestic AC power plugs and sockets. DC plug is a common name used for one common type of cylindrical two-conductor plug available in a range of sizes and used to power small pieces of electronic equipment. No 6: Virus and spyware removal
A clean start
A computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer. The term "virus" is also commonly but erroneously used to refer to other types of malware, adware, and spyware programs that do not have the reproductive ability. However, just because a key gets a little sticky, you don't have to run out to the computer repair shop. A mousepad is a pointing device consisting of specialized surface that can translate the motion and position of a user's fingers to a relative position on screen. They are a common feature of laptop computers and also used as a substitute for a computer mouse and because of constant pressure loose their signal from time to time.
No 10: Internet Homepage changes itself
Infected
This is also known as "high-jacking". Spyware has been installed on your computer via social networking or from email link. This action has allowed spyware to install a trojan into your web browser. The spyware then sends a message to your browser to change your user settings. For example change your home page to another web page.
